We believe in transparent policies that protect both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold by VDesignz Drop are custom-made, print-on-demand, or produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because of the personalized production process, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed.

However, customer satisfaction and product quality remain our priority, and we provide support for eligible damaged or incorrect orders as mentioned below.


2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Customers may request a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product, size, or design delivered
  • Product received has a major manufacturing defect
  • Package is lost in transit and officially confirmed by courier partner

If approved after verification, VDesignz Drop may provide:

  • Free replacement product, or
  • Partial/full refund based on the issue

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Replacement or refund requests will not be approved for:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color variation due to screen/display settings
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer misuse, washing damage, or mishandling
  • Requests made without valid proof
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

We recommend customers carefully review sizing charts and order details before purchase.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Proof for Damage Claims

To ensure fair verification and prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video for damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed courier package before opening
  • Shipping label and tracking information
  • Continuous unboxing process
  • Product condition after opening
  • Invoice and packaging materials

Important:

  • Video should preferably be recorded in one continuous take
  • Edited or unclear videos may delay verification
  • Photos may be requested additionally if required

This process helps us protect genuine customers and resolve issues faster.


5. Replacement & Refund Request Timeline

All claims must be submitted within:

  • 48 hours to 3 days from delivery date

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


6. Return Requirements (If Applicable)

In certain approved cases, customers may be asked to return the original product.

Returned package should include:

  • Original product
  • Original tags and packaging
  • Invoice copy
  • Courier packaging (if available)

Returned items must not be used, washed, or damaged after delivery.


7. Verification & Approval Process

Our support team will review:

  • Order details
  • Tracking information
  • Proof submitted by customer
  • Product condition

Once verified, customers will receive:

  • Replacement confirmation, or
  • Refund approval update

Processing time may vary depending on courier and production timelines.


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once the order enters production, customization, printing, or packaging stage, cancellation may not be possible.
